Delivery Policy

 

Our delivery policy is to try to deliver the customers orders as soon as it is possible to do so and in the most convenient manner as possible.   That means we endeavor to contact the customer to discuss delivery prior to the goods arriving and do not send the goods out without first talking to the customer.

 

Currently we use a few different methods for delivery depending on the location of the customer.   The majority of deliveries are done via a furniture logistics company which is a two man team.   All deliveries are booked in prior to the day of delivery so that the customer has a chance to organize someone to be then for collection.

 

Provided the goods are in stock then smaller items can be couriered throughout the UK on next day services.  

 

We also use a pallet network for the harder to reach areas and the European deliveries.   We regularly deliver to Mainland Europe and in these cases we send the furniture on a pallet which is then well wrapped and sealed prior to departure.

 

For our local deliveries we have our own vans which service an area of 100 square miles approximately.  

 

Lastly we have a specialist courier service for all our London deliveries, which we do almost daily.  

 

Our aim is to deliver all goods as soon as possible after completion of any transaction.   If for whatever reason there is a delay in the delivery of the goods we will inform the customer as soon as possible.   We will keep the customer informed at every opportunity so as to minimize any inconvenience caused.   90% of our deliveries are complete within a three week period.
